Unity Solar was stablished in 2021. We operate as infrastructure partners — not solar installers — with a focus on structured, long-term commercial energy partnerships. With 862 kWp of installed capacity and four operational retail sites, we have a proven track record in delivering reliable solar solutions.
Model 1
Roof Top Lease + PPA Infrastructure Model
Unity Solar enters into a long-term roof top lease at an agreed rental and PPA agreement. We own, fund, install, manage and maintain the PV system. We manage tenant energy billing and municipal/Eskom settlements as part of an integrated energy solution.
Model 2
Direct Ownership + PPA Infrastructure Model
Unity Solar partners with owner-occupied properties through a long-term PPA structure, supplying energy at an agreed discounted tariff or roof rental. We own, fund, install, manage and maintain the PV system, assuming full operational responsibility for upkeep throughout.
